Abstract
Since 1945, South and North Korea have divided into two nations in Korean peninsula. For 70 years, two Koreas have been changed in many aspects like economy, society, culture, and so on. And now, in 2015, there are differences in dental terminology between South and North Korea. We need to prepare for era of United Korea. Effort of increasing academic change and understanding between South and North Koreas dentists should be progressed. In this article we will find features of dental terminology in North Korea, such as original Korean dental terminology in North Korea, and compare it with South Korea.
